If you use Sundarban Courier to deliver the product, you can track it and keep your consumer informed.
1. Go to sundarban courier website and press tracking button.(www.sundarbancourierltd.com)
2.Press the search button
3. You can track your courier using CN number or your customer mobile number. CN is written on the sundarban memo and CIRCLE customer care will inform you about that.
4. Insert the CN number in the blank area and click Search. You will find the details of your package
5. Click the + button to see details
6. You can also search by your customer mobile number and track details
7. Provide your Customer mobile no. You may track your package for up to one month from the ship date on their website.
