How can I file a complaint about a payment invoice?

Once an order has been delivered and payment is received from the courier, CIRCLE includes that order in the payment invoice. CIRCLE generates payment invoice once in a week and disburse your profit to your account. 


If you find some errors in the payment invoice, you need to inform us. The best way to inform us is to create a ticket as the payment issue is solved by the Accountant looking at the document.

To raise a ticket-


1. Go to the CIRCLE help desk

2. You can search issues in our help desk. Click the submit ticket

3. Fill out the form. Please mention payment/invoice issue in the subject line and in the message body write down the invoice id, order id and the errors.

Example:

Invoice id: CR928-CIRCLE-09-04-21

order id: 17399- profit will be 250 tk

4. Once you submit the ticket, our relevant persons will look into the issue and will contact you/solve the issue within 48 hours.
